Pest Inspection Service

Our Wood Destroying Insect Inspections are performed by experienced inspectors who are certified by the New Jersey Pest Management Association after three to four years of field service, training and successful passing of the written NJPMA test.
 

Inspections include a complete comprehensive visual inspection of the exterior and interior of the home, looking for evidence of active wood destroying insects, previous treatment for, or structural damage due to, such insects. We concentrate on areas such as the sill plate, box beam and porch and stoop areas and the roofline for all wood boring insects as well, including termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and powder post beetles.

If the house is termite-free, we will issue a certification and one-year warranty that the home will remain clean. If termites do exist, we’ll provide you with paperwork which you can give to your attorney to forward to the sellers, detailing the scope of damage and an estimate on treatment and repair.
